What to Expect
8–10 Hour Shift (typically 9pm–7am): Rest and recover while your postpartum doula cares for your baby through the night.
Feeding Support: Assistance with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, ensuring your baby is nourished and you feel confident.
Newborn Care: Diaper changes, swaddling, soothing, and gentle guidance to encourage healthy infant sleep habits.
Household Support: Washing bottles and pump parts, loading/unloading the dishwasher, light tidying of the kitchen and living room, plus washing and folding baby or kids’ laundry.
With compassionate overnight support, you’ll wake up more rested and ready for the day ahead—knowing both your baby and your home were cared for.
