The Atlanta Birth Collective Mentorship Program pairs you with a dedicated mentee doula while ensuring your entire journey is backed by master mentors with decades of combined experience and hundreds of attended births. To maintain the highest standard of care, we strictly limit this program to just three mentees at a time. This intentionally small focus allows us to stay actively involved with each mentee's first 10 clients, providing continuous virtual and hands-on oversight to guarantee you receive safe, empowered, and expert-level support.

  • We pair families with dedicated mentee doulas at an accessible rate of $2,000. Every mentee operates under the direct supervision of our master mentors, Maegan Hall and Milène Miller, allowing you to benefit from the guidance of highly experienced doulas throughout your pregnancy and birth.

  • We stay actively involved with our mentees' first 10 clients, providing both virtual and hands-on support throughout the process. Our mentees have opportunities to shadow consultations, prenatal meetings, and, when approved by clients, births.

  • Through precise system alignment, we facilitate seamless data exchange, enhance interoperability, and support future expansion without disruption.

  • Hiring a mentee doula costs $2,000, our experienced doula rate is $2,400, and hiring Maegan and Milène together as a team is $2,800. With a mentee, you receive personalized care at a significantly reduced rate. Your primary doula handles your hands-on support, but her clinical and emotional approach is backed 100% by mentors who have attended hundreds of births.

  • Yes. When you hire an ABC mentee, you have 24/7 access via text to both your main doula and her mentor. You are never navigating your pregnancy without access to an expert.
