My journey into birth work was deeply influenced by my own experience with postpartum depression, which showed me how important compassionate support can be during the transition to parenthood. That experience continues to shape the way I care for families today with empathy, encouragement, and evidence-based support.

I hold a degree in photography for journalism, a background that taught me the importance of observation, connection, and being fully present in meaningful moments. As a doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, helping families feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

Whether supporting a laboring mother, caring for a newborn overnight, or helping parents navigate the early days of life with a new baby, my goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where families feel supported and empowered. It is a privilege to walk alongside families during such a transformative season of life.
