A birth doula, birth photographer, and mother of four. My passion for supporting families began through my own experiences with pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Those experiences showed me how powerful it can be to feel supported, informed, and cared for during one of life's most transformative seasons.

I believe every family deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support as they prepare to welcome their baby. As a doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. My goal is to help you feel confident in your choices, supported in your decisions, and empowered throughout your birth experience.

In addition to supporting families as a doula, I also have a passion for birth photography. I love preserving the raw emotion, strength, and beauty of birth so families can look back on those fleeting moments for years to come. My combined experience as both a doula and photographer allows me to provide calm support while thoughtfully documenting your story when desired.

I am especially passionate about holistic wellness and enjoy sharing resources and perspectives that help families feel informed and prepared. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth, medicated birth, or unmedicated birth, I believe your journey deserves to be respected and supported without judgment.
