In 2023, I welcomed my first child in a birth that felt traumatic and overwhelming. While I was grateful for a healthy baby, I left the experience wishing I had felt more informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process. When I became pregnant with my second child, I was determined to have a different experience. With the support of my doula, Milène, I went on to have a healing and empowering VBAC that completely changed the way I viewed birth. Feeling truly supported and confident in my decisions inspired me to help other families feel the same way.

Before becoming a doula, I earned my MBA from Stanford and spent years working in the corporate world, including roles at Spotify, the NBA, and in investment banking. I now bring that same level of professionalism, clear communication, and steady advocacy to my clients during one of the most meaningful, vulnerable and high-stakes moments of their lives.

As your doula, I provide calm, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. Whether you're preparing for your first birth, planning a VBAC, or hoping for a more positive experience after a previous difficult birth, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
