A birth doula serving families through Atlanta Birth Collective. My passion for birth work grew out of my own experiences as a mother and the powerful difference that compassionate support can make during pregnancy and birth.

In 2023, I welcomed my first child in a birth that felt traumatic and overwhelming. While I was grateful for a healthy baby, I left the experience wishing I had felt more informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process. When I became pregnant with my second child, I was determined to have a different experience. With the support of my doula, Milène, I went on to have a healing and empowering VBAC that completely changed the way I viewed birth. Feeling truly supported and confident in my decisions inspired me to help other families experience the same.

Before becoming a doula, I earned my MBA from Stanford and spent years working in the corporate world, including roles at Spotify, the NBA, and in investment banking. Those experiences taught me the importance of preparation, clear communication, and steady support, skills I now bring to every family I serve.

As your doula, I provide calm, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. Whether you're preparing for your first birth, planning a VBAC, or hoping for a more positive experience after a previous difficult birth, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
