What to Expect
8–10 Hour Shift (typically 9pm–7am): Rest and recover while your postpartum doula cares for your baby through the night.
Feeding Support: Assistance with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, ensuring your baby is nourished and you feel confident.
Newborn Care: Diaper changes, swaddling, soothing, and gentle guidance to encourage healthy infant sleep habits.
Household Support: Washing bottles and pump parts, loading/unloading the dishwasher, light tidying of the kitchen and living room, plus washing and folding baby or kids’ laundry.
With compassionate overnight support, you’ll wake up more rested and ready for the day ahead—knowing both your baby and your home were cared for.

“Milène was absolutely the only reason that I got my vbac!! I found her raved about on Facebook groups and after our initial meeting, I knew I wanted to book her. She was so knowledgeable about birth and had vbac experience herself which was important to me. Milène showed up to the hospital right when I needed her and stayed with us through my extremely long labor. She was constantly helping with position switching, coping through contractions, and was the voice I needed to stay strong while making important decisions in labor. Not only did she help me achieve the birth I had wanted so bad, I have beautiful photos that she took capturing labor, delivery, and our baby girl in her first moments. I look at these pictures all the time! A major regret that I have with my first birth is not having Milène there as my doula. I wish I found her sooner! “

"Maegan literally saved our son’s life! During my labor, the nurses were changing shifts and no one was watching my monitors except Maegan. She noticed our baby’s heart rate quickly dropping into the 60s and not coming back up. She immediately called for help, which is what saved his life. We would’ve had no idea. I was taken to the OR and put under. Maegan stayed by my husband’s side while he was terrified. I can’t imagine him sitting there alone. Our son’s MRI later showed slight neurological impact, but if Maegan hadn’t been there, he would not have survived. We are forever grateful for her knowledge, her presence, and the life saving role she played in our story. She was the definition of support- never overstepping, never judgmental, but always prepared and ready to be whatever support I needed.
